• All our interns are highly skilled and dedicated to gaining hands on experience and are eager and committed to performing well.
• There is no cost or risk to your business. Interns are covered by their own insurance and are usually covered by a grant from the European Union. We take care of their English language training and accommodation requirements.
• The employer is exempt from many of the costs and complications of current employment legislation because these candidates are classed as being in training.
• Many of the interns speak 2 or 3 different languages (including a good level of English).
• All interns are vetted to ensure their application is appropriate to your requirements.
A professional Internship placement is time defined and UNPAID and is therefore different to conventional employment as the main aim is for the intern to secure hands-on work experience in the real business world aligned to their academic field.
You, as the employer will benefit from graduate-quality staff whilst the European undergraduates gain valuable professional work experience in your organisation which is essential for them to successfully complete their degree.
